She also loves working in a team and takes great pride in building and motivating employees, volunteers, executives, agencies ... you name the group, and she'll find a way to make it a cohesive team.

When she's not working on great projects, she is raising a great family which includes her two children and their two golden retrievers named after alcohol - Rye and Cosmopolitan. And yes, with family roots in Gimli, Manitoba, she drinks Rye too.
