
Corporate Communications Initiatives










Background
Tourism Calgary corporate communications team required support and leadership on a number of projects including 2024 Town Hall/Open House, Calgary White Hat Awards, 2024 Annual General Meeting/Annual Report, and media relations to elevate awareness and credibility of the organization within Calgary.
Result
Work included development of annual communications strategy, corporate content & materials, proactive and reactive media relations, and on-site event support/coordination. Other projects include: FOIP request response, Safety Roundtable event, Government of Alberta budget submission, commercial space financial analysis, IT/Digital Transformation system assessment, and ongoing issues management.
